A St. Petersburg team that builds the website, the marketing, and the systems underneath, then stays on to keep them working.

We're Hoopr Media, Hoopr for short. We build and run the pieces a business grows on: your website, your content and SEO, paid ads when they make sense, and the automation that connects it all. Because one team handles the whole thing, the parts work together instead of pulling against each other, and one group stays accountable for the results. We price it fairly, measure what is actually working, and tell you the truth when something is not. The work is human-built and AI-assisted, with a real person responsible for everything that ships.
Put simply, we build things that work: websites that turn visitors into customers, marketing that earns its keep, and a brand that feels like yours.
Hoopr started with Harrison Staudt. He spent the first part of his career on the corporate side of marketing, where he kept seeing the same pattern: businesses paying a lot and getting too little back, with not much straight talk about why. He wanted to build something that worked the other way, so he started Hoopr around a simple standard: price it fairly, deliver work that performs, and be honest with people at every step. Do more than the invoice suggests, not less.
That standard still runs the company today. One team owns the full system, the reporting is clear, and the results are things you can point to. We keep what works, cut what does not, and keep raising our own bar.
Your website, content, ads, and automation run as one. Tap any piece to see how we handle it.
Every project starts with understanding the business behind it: how it runs, where growth comes from, and where things can get better.
From there, the focus is on building a clear direction across your website, digital marketing, and overall strategy. What matters most, what can wait, and how everything should work together moving forward.
The goal is to make the process easier, so you can move with confidence and build momentum over time.
Once the direction is clear, execution follows with purpose.
Websites, marketing, and the supporting systems are built to be structured, manageable, and ready to scale. From web development to SEO to ongoing marketing, everything is designed to work together rather than in isolation.
Some projects lean more into strategy. Others move into build or ongoing marketing. Most are a combination, shaped around what the business needs at that stage. The focus stays the same: build processes that hold up, perform well in search, and keep improving.
