Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Hoopr Media LLC ("Hoopr Media," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at hooprmedia.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

If you have any questions, email us at hoopr@hooprmedia.com or call (262) 361-2882. Hoopr Media LLC is based in Florida, United States.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site (the home page, the contact page, the Grow landing page, or the newsletter signup), we collect what you enter. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number if you choose to add one, the services you are interested in, your timeline, and anything you write in the message. If you message us through the chat on the site, we collect what you send there.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including the pages you view, how you got to the site (such as a link, a search, or an ad), approximate location based on your IP address, your device and browser type, and basic usage activity. This helps us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We and the services we use place cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) on the site. Here is what runs on hooprmedia.com and what each one does:

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram): measures the results of our ads and helps us show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics 4: measures ad conversions and how the site is used.
  • HubSpot: our customer relationship manager. It captures form submissions, powers the chat widget, and provides analytics about site activity.
  • Webflow: hosts the site and processes form submissions.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: protects our forms from spam and automated abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. See Your advertising choices below for how to opt out of ad targeting specifically.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask about; to run, measure, and improve our advertising and marketing; to understand how the site is used and make it better; to keep the site secure and prevent abuse; and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google. To do this, we use the tracking technologies listed above.

Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this site and from elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target ads.

Your advertising choices. You can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting:

You can also manage or clear cookies through your browser settings, which is where you exercise these choices on this device.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with the service providers listed above (such as Webflow, HubSpot, Meta, Google, and Cloudflare) so they can perform their functions for us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and keep reasonable business records, and then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hoopr@hooprmedia.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we honor valid requests regardless of location.

Data deletion requests

If you would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, email hoopr@hooprmedia.com with the subject line Data deletion request and the email address or phone number you used.

When you make that request, we will delete the information associated with you, including your form submissions and your record in our CRM (HubSpot), and we will confirm when it is done. We respond to these requests within 30 days. This applies only when someone asks us to delete their data; we do not automatically delete submissions on a schedule.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and post the new version here. Significant changes may be announced on the site.
